John serves as CEO and Managing Partner of Axis Consulting Partners, providing the vision and leadership to the firm solely dedicated to improving financial outcomes for clients. John brings 25 years of experience delivering value to clients he represents, most recently improving the profitability of a major law firm 525% through a massive reorganization.
With a passion to exceed client expectations and provide professional services that law firms and corporate clients need to succeed, John has held leadership roles with Thomson Reuters, Ricoh Company Ltd and Thomas J Henry Law LLP.
John currently advises Managing Partners and CEOs. He previously served as Chairman of the Nashtech Legal Forum and Advisory Board, which consisted of General Counsel of Fortune 500 companies and Managing Partners of AmLaw 100 firms designed to promote better business relationships throughout the legal community.
